Tom Geisel was featured this September in NJ Biz and their "Question of the Day". The question posed to Mr. Geisel was: If you were given the ability to do one thing to help your individual sector or industry, what would you do?

His answer?

"I would work on the tax system. I think that is a psychological as well as financial issue. You can accomplish two things with that one change. That would be a major driver. It would be nice have something that people could immediately feel the impact from — both financially and psychologically."
